CRR will develop and implement a Strategic Asset Management Plan designed to maintain and enhance the value of a real estate asset or portfolio of assets within the parameters of our client’s objectives. CRR draws upon the firm’s in-house capital markets expertise and analysis as well as its deep relationships with trusted third-party providers to develop an effective Strategic Asset Management Plan consisting of a comprehensive marketing, leasing, advertising, repositioning and disposition strategy. CRR will then oversee implementation of the Strategic Asset Management Plan by managing and directing CRR’s in-house property management team and third-party providers with the goal of optimizing revenue streams and tenant retention while implementing expense controls.
In addition to developing and implementing an asset-level strategy, CRR can assist with strategy and tactics related to negotiations with our clients’ counterparties. Our principals have negotiated resolutions including loan modifications, forbearance agreements, discounted payoffs, foreclosure actions, note sales, bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidations.
