250,000 sf Five-Building Class C Property

Since assuming management of this asset, we have increased the tenant rent roll over 100% to include 50 tenants, thereby reducing tenant turnover risk. In addition, we have improved tenant credit quality and increased the average rental rate. As a result of the increase in cash flow, we were able to complete property-wide improvements including installing new roofs, parking surfaces, and façade enhancements, while redecorating common areas and creating new rental space. Finally, we implemented new personnel training procedures and marketing campaign in order to upgrade the image of the property, including new brochures, listing on industry websites, and development of a broker network.
